INVIDIA is privately owned non-reporting corporation. Founded in 1995 as a specialist IT consulting organisation, INVIDIA started life as a specialist CASE technology consultant to a number of agencies and departments within the Australian Commonwealth government.

In 1998 INVIDIA expanded its service lines with the introduction of a range of retail Web Hosting services for the SME market. In 2000 the service lines were further expanded to offer a full range of Web Design and eCommerce Development services for the SME market along with an expanding range of ISP services.

In 2005 INVIDIA sold its xDSL and iBurst Wireless Broadband business units to leading competitors in the ISP market to return focus to its core consulting, hosting and development business units.
