Microsoft InfoPath
Microsoft InfoPath is a consultancy and product based service that allows you to make all your forms and any workflows attached to them completely electronic. Remove the need to move paper around your offices with electronic entry, routing and approval of all your current paper forms. Customers that choose the Microsoft Sharepoint Portal module can also have all InfoPath forms integrated into their Sharepoint Portal and made available to all staff through the Intranet.
Microsoft Access & SQL Design
Microsoft Access & SQL Design are consultancy and product based services that allow you to have a Microsoft Access or SQL Server based database in your organisation that meets your specific data capture and processing needs. This service can include INVIDIA assisting you to migrate data from a legacy system to a new system.

Service Desk is a product based service that allows you to operate your own online service desk facility. This product is a light weight option for those that don't wish to go with a fully integrated Microsoft CRM and INVIDIA CRM Customer Portal option. Service desk offers a range of hosted features such as ticket management, knowledge base management, real-time chat support, etc.
