PLAN DETAILS

New Static Website
All plans include the design of a new static website for your building. If you already have a domain name registered then we will renew or transfer it for you. If you don't have a domain then we will register a new domain for your building's new website. If you already have a website and are only interested in the other online tools offered by INVIDIA, then please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will develop a custom quote to suit your exact needs

Email Services
All plans include email services. Email services offer up to 300 email accounts. We can setup each committee member, strata manager and others with their own email account or just forward emails to their existing personal email address if they don't want another mailbox to check. Email services also include distributions lists, for example, we can setup something like committee@yourdomain.com.au and all email received at the address will automatically forward to all your executive committee members. We will work with you to setup the email services that work best for your building

Online Forms
Online forms make it easier to securely capture requests and other information from your owners, residents and agents through your website. We can create general day to day forms for you such as new key or fob requests, letting people report incidents or issues around the building, or any other form that will help you manage your building better. You can decide which form submission goes to your strata manager, your committee or any other person or group

Online Tasks
Take control of managing your building and committee business with professional task management that gives everyone visibility of tasks, action items, issues and any other items you need to assign, track and report on. Easily prioritise your items and receive email notifications when something is assigned or updated. Use online task management for your day to day operational needs or group items into logical chunks on a timeline to manage larger projects around your building

Online Databases
Store and manage important data online for easy secure access for your committee members and strata manager from anywhere. From simple key registers or carpark card assignments to complex applications that integrate an online form with online database to capture information from your owners, residents and agents and easily manage that information to improve delivery of services and simplify project work when upgrading infrastructure or rolling out new services in your building

Online Appointments
Give your owners, residents and agents a professional experience when running your projects that require people to book in appointment times to have things installed, collected or any other activity that needs to be scheduled in a specific time slot. Easily control appointment periods, time slot lengths and other criteria. Make your service provider's work easier by efficiently coordinating appointments with residents and let them focus on their delivery or installation work. This is a great tool for managing things like building-wide NBN installations, plumbing and electrical work, or upgrading the intercom system with new handsets in all units

Service Desk
Take your customer service to the next level with a complete ticket management system and knowledge base. Let your owners, residents and agents create tickets online when they have a request, question or issue. Track tickets, get email notifications, assign tickets to others and build a large online Q&A knowledge base that answers common questions and provides standard answers to anything you want to share about your building, its processes and services

Online Lists
Create lists of emails to communicate more efficiently with different groups of people. Create a list for commercial tenants, for owners, or for any groups you can imagine. Then easily craft a single email and have it delivered to an entire group instantly. Let people keep lists up to date automatically by allowing them to unsubscribe when they move out of the building. Perfect for sending out important information such as outage notifications to all residents and owners. The included Starter basic plan includes maximum 2,000 email addresses and 10,000 emails sent/month (daily limit of 2,000)

Online Survey
Create quick and easy surveys to send to different target groups to get feedback, ideas and options. Improve your building services by letting owners, residents and agents feel like they are part of your committee's decision making processes. Perfect for sharing upgrade or design ideas and asking people for their input on selecting the perfect option for your project. The included starter Basic plan includes maximum 10 questions and 10 responses per survey

Training Session
All plans include a virtual training session for your committee members. This initial session is provided once your new online services are properly setup and we take them through how to access the apps and get the most out of your new online tools and services. Not feeling very IT savvy? Don't worry, you can contact your INVIDIA account manager anytime and they will be happy to help refresh your memory or guide you on how to do something specific

Support
All plans include INVIDIA support. For your website (if developed by INVIDIA) this includes up to 3 content changes to your website each month. For all your other online tools and services this includes direct access to your INVIDIA account manager who will always be happy to help you with getting the most out of your tools and services. Please note that some of the online tools and services we provide offer advanced development options. While your INVIDIA account manager can guide you on how to get the most benefit out of such advanced development options, they cannot do the development work for you. INVIDIA can offer advanced development work if you wish to develop something more complex in your online offering and we would be happy to provide you with a quote for doing such work once we discuss with you and understand your requirements

The Globe wanted a contemporary looking website with a little retro flare. The website was designed around the original sales brochure that was used in the off-the-plans marketing activities back in 1998 and incorporates the five themes used for the unit colours and styles that owners could choose from

The Globe executive committee wanted a range of email addresses that deal with all their operational needs. From individual emails for committee members, to service and distribution emails that forward emails to the strata manager and smaller groups that deal with service providers, bills and other operational matters

The Globe has streamlined many of its operations with online forms. Owners, residents and agents can request additional building tags, replacement carpark cards and lodge questions/issues to the strata manager and executive committee. Some forms are routed to the right person/group for fast replies, while others are integrated with their online databases

The Globe executive committee uses online tasks to track all their day to day work. Tasks are created from requests, issues and other activities and the committee prioritises, assigns and tracks all tasks to make sure that nothing falls between the cracks. They use the task boards to review and updated progress at each executive committee meeting

Manage Information Securely

In 2017 the Globe started taking advantage of the online databases option of its hosting plan. Running a large upgrade project that replaced the entire building access control system, the committee used an online database to capture, manage and now maintains all the key tag information and allocations

In 2018 the Globe started taking advantage of the online appointments option to its hosting plan. Running a large upgrade project that replaced the entire building intercom system, including new video handsets in all the units, the committee used the online appointments tool to schedule and book 30 minute installation times for each unit that were then given to the installer. Residents went online and chose their own appointment times from the available appointment times. The whole project went very smoothly!
